Android Apps Series

You may be thinking you’ve seen us review this app before, and you’d be right. We showed you how to increase android battery life with JuiceDefender a while back and had tons of feedback. It has been one of our most popular (and controversial reviews) yet. Well I couldn’t let LateDroid’s latest update slip past you guys and decided to bring an updated review. Some of the things you missed most before, such as 4G control and an easy to use interface, make this update to JuiceDefender and UltimateJuice a must have. And if you like it enough pay for UltimateJuice while its on sale! This really is a great way to save battery on Android.

Pros:

  • Easily double your Android battery life and even triple or quadruple it
  • Extensive control over network access
  • Overclocking control built in
  • Easy to use interface
  • Much improved over previous version

Cons:

  • Takes some setting up to do if your picky about getting notifications quickly

It shouldn’t have any effect on network connection so I would still install it. If you have problems, just uninstall.
