The Only Android Dock You Need [ezeStand Review]

If you’re like me, you’ve been wanting a great dock for your Android phone to rest your phone in style. Whether it be for your nightstand, desk, home, or work, a dock makes it easy to setup up your Android phone for easy viewing. Even for phones like the EVO that come with a built in stand, I find a dock much nicer to use.

This week, I picked up the ezeStand Classic and ezeStand XL, two of the best Android docks, to review for you guys and I must say, and more than pleased. ezeStand comes in two sizes, covering phones of all shapes, and allows you to dock your Android phone comfortably in portrait or landscape mode with easy access to typing and viewing videos. They’re made of a thick, sturdy plastic that feels well constructed and tough. Any areas that the phone may touch are covered in a textured rubber/foam material so as to not damage your phone. And if you go for the bundles, you can get their right angle USB cable for all your charging, docking fun. Yours can be had for just $12.99 so check out the purchase links below, after watching our review, of course!

Hey Brent great review m8… going to order one tonight. Could use this in my kitchen… when I had my Pre I use to keep it on a TS when I was expoing during service. And to answer Leo and Mikes question on the extra LED light. The CM guys included this little mod…. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=900535&highlight=wimax+led Check it out, it works great.

Hey! I just noticed the green led next to your front camera. I’ve never seen that. What does it do?

It’s just the notification LED :)

my evo doesn’t have that green light, just the one LED, that will blink for a notification, wonder if that’s a newer EVO thing

I think it may be a feature built into CyanogenMod. All EVO’s are capable of displaying the green LED (just think about when its charged).

if i have CyanogenMod, where do i find the setting to turn this LED notification on :)

I forgot, you can activate this LED without rooting using “wimax notifier” (google it, it’s over in the XDA forums somewhere) although oddly when I went to Anaheim and was getting fantastic 4G (8-10MB) this light never came on, still wondering what it’s generally for
