Hi Brent- quick question for you…I have an Evo with the 2.3 upgrade and had a friend try to root the phone and was unsuccessful. He said the 2.3 OS cant be rooted yet and that he can do it but has to figure out how to get 2.3 off the phone and 2.2 back on then he can do it. Is there a way to get the Evo with 2.3 rooted and if not is there a way to get 2.3 off the phone and 2.2 back on so it can be rooted?

Hold on tight. There’s no root yet but should be coming soon.
